Clients will be charged for shipping cost to send the products back to Zanetti 1998. New article shipping is free but just for one change per article.
Defective Products
Products are considered defective if the client receive them damaged or with manufacturing faults.
It is possible to require the defective products exchange within 10 days from the day they will receive the products following the returnschanges procedure.
Zanetti 1998 will provide to change the product with an identical one if available.
Zanetti 1998 will send to the customer the new product without any additional shipping cost.
If the replacement product is not available Zanetti 1998 will make a full refund including the price of the product and the shipping costs. Refund will be credited to the customer's bank account or card used for purchase.
 
Presents return
In case of returnschange for presents the returnschange can be made exclusively by the client and never by the gift recipient following the same returnschange procedures.
The terms about product’s conditions are the same as the returnschange.
