RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Products can be returned within 10 days from the delivery date.
Returns requests made after this date can only be accepted at the discretion of Zanetti 1998.
Zanetti 1998 will refund the full cost of the products, but the returns must be authorized by Zanetti 1998.
Refund, shipping costs excluded, will be credited to the customer's bank account or card used for purchase.
To start refund procedure, the customer must send an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
to get the refund authorization code, and the further instruction to complete the refund.
Zanetti 1998 will send the shipping details. The client will need to print and attached them to the package.
Refunds not authorized will not be accepted. Refunds will be accepted exclusively if the client will follow the procedure indicated in this paragraph.
Products must be returned in their original package to avoid possible damages during the shipping back to Zanetti 1998. Once the package is ready, the client will contact DHL to reserve a pick-up.
After receiving the merchandise back, Zanetti 1998 will send to the customer a confirmation e-mail.
The refund will be made within 15 days after Zanetti 1998 will have received the products back.
Taxes and custom costs for extra EU shipments will not be refunded.
Zanetti 1998 will not accept returns for products used or damaged. Clients must not remove labels and tags for products they want to return.
Clients must try shoes without damage them or makes any trace of dirty. The shoes must be returned in their original box, that is part of the product too. Shoes returned in damaged box or boxes different from the original one can be refused and sent back to the client.
Customers must try underwear, lingerie and swimsuit without removing their own to avoid a direct contact.
If the product, its tags and its labels will be damaged in any way the return will not be accepted.
Returns who do not match with the listed conditions will not be accepted.

Customers can change products exclusively with similar products, different just in size and colour, and just if they are available. Customers must require their change within 10 days from the day they will receive the products.
Change requests made after this date can only be accepted at the discretion of Zanetti 1998.
The customer must send an e-mail at email@example.com
to get the change authorization and further instruction to complete the change.
Changes not authorized will not be accepted. Changes will be accepted exclusively if the client will follow the procedure indicated in this paragraph.
Please refer to the same procedures for returning the products expressed in the Returns section.
Clients will be charged for shipping cost to send the products back to Zanetti 1998. New article shipping is free, but just for one change per article.
Products are considered defective if the client receive them damaged or with manufacturing faults.
It is possible to require the defective products exchange within 10 days from the day they will receive the products, following the returns/changes procedure.
Zanetti 1998 will provide to change the product with an identical one, if available.
Zanetti 1998 will send to the customer the new product without any additional shipping cost.
If the replacement product is not available, Zanetti 1998 will make a full refund, including the price of the product and the shipping costs. Refund will be credited to the customer's bank account or card used for purchase.
In case of returns/change for presents, the returns/change can be made exclusively by the client and never by the gift recipient, following the same returns/change procedures.
The terms about product’s conditions are the same as the returns/change.
